Robert H. — 5 stars on Yelp – "This restaurant has just opened in St. Augustine and is unbelievable. I had the scallops with tagliatelle and they were fantastic. Light cream sauce and pan seared. My wife order the medallions of pork and her meal was equally wonderful. The atmosphere is warm and tastefully done. OMG the homemade bread pudding was the best I have ever eaten. The husband and wife owners are trained chefs and it was apparent in the taste and quality. The restaurant is located just over the east side of the bridge of lions."
Sherry Hutton Jamin — 5 stars on Facebook – "Delicious!! Our New Favorite restaurant in St.Augustine. Hidden Gem on Anastasia Island. Just over the Bridge of Lions on the right. The Food was Fabulous!!!"

Jess Dickie — 5 stars on Facebook – "This is a gem! My fiancé and I have lived in St. Augustine for over a year and have been searching for something like this! We called in a reservation in case it was busy. While we were waiting to go over the Bridge of Lions we realized we might be late. We called and they assured us it was fine. Once we arrived we were warmly greeted and sat quickly. Our waiter, Steve, was fantastic! He greeted us and told us about the name of the restaurant and where it came from. He explained how the owners daughter was a chef, her boyfriend was a chef, and they're best friend was a chef and that all three are in the back. This is a made from scratch restaurant and they use all local goods. That in itself is one of our favorite parts. Our drinks from the bar came quickly as well as the appetizer. The pork belly melted in our mouths. It was incredible. We also enjoyed the Caesar salad. Very impressive homemade dressing. We placed our order after enjoying ourselves with drinks and appetizers. Our food all in all is amazing. We can't wait to come back!"
Tamara Kroner — 5 stars on Facebook – "Tried tonight for the first time. Nice atmosphere and lighting. We did a sampling of the menu and enjoy everything. I highly recommend the pork belly and crab and corn chowder. I also tried the seared scallops over pasta. The scallops were seared perfectly! The pasta had a hint of sherry and mushrooms, very tasty. We ended the meal with the bread pudding which was nice. Everyone was extremely nice and obviously want to make a go of this place. I highly recommend it. We will be back!"
Elizabeth G. — 5 stars on Yelp – "The first grown-up restaurant in St Augustine! This is s wonderful new place that manages to be comfortable and sophisticated at the same time. Lovely decor - not hippie locavore but just classy and at the same time comfy. The place is a lot bigger than it looks from the outside, btw, and there's a nice bar area for a glass of wine and snacks in addition to tables and booths for dinner. Ingredients are locally sourced and top quality. We tried the blistered peppers to start - yum! Loved the Hot Brown, also. The owners are from Kentucky, so they know this dish. But it's not under a gluey sauce and instead under a nice mornay sauce, which makes all the difference. Dessert was the ice cream sandwich of the day, in this case, a key lime ice cream between thick cornmeal cookies. Yum again. Service is excellent because they have actual adult waiters and not college kids whose idea of a great meal is a slice of cold pizza."
Dave K. — 5 stars on Yelp – "Great new restaurant out on the beach. Me and my wife have driven by this place several times and decided to give it a try the owners are from Louisville and have brought some of that bluegrass flair to St Augustine Beach. We had the roasted peppers for an appetizer and they didn't disappointed, the quinoa was cooked perfect it what seemed like a mushroom broth, the peppers weren't overdone and paired well with the chorizo and goat cheese. My wife had the salmon which was cooked perfect.. It had a nice clean taste to it not overdone with salt or spices and you could taste the flavor. I went with the Louisville Hot Brown and it was awesome the candied bacon topped it off. Unfortunately we didn't have a chance to try desert but the choices sounded promising. The wine and beer list have a decent selection. The service was phenomenal, the best we have experienced in a while. With that being said we will definitely be back. Definitely a great addition to the local dining scene."
Katie L. — 5 stars on Yelp – "Great addition to the area, the food was great, Carol at the bar made us feel right at home. The peppers and pork belly appetizers were great, the steak was fantastic and the snapper cooked perfectly. Love that they are sourcing as much as they can locally. The pricing was very reasonable, this place will definitely be in our regular rotation."
Danielle F. — 5 stars on Yelp – "My boyfriend and I visited last night and were very impressed. We ordered the cheese charcuterie which was great! 4 different cheeses and cured meats with delicious flaky crackers. I enjoyed the sweet chutney and pairing the flavors. For my entree I ordered the pan seared scallops with tagliatelle in creamy mushroom sauce. Pure heaven. The scallops had a crispy crust that was to die for. The sauce was light yet flavorful. My boyfriend ordered the "Good, the Bad, and the Ugly" special which had monkfish, coconut crusted shrimp, and crab cake. The rémoulade was spectacular...hints of shallots, mustard and garlic. Service was attentive and pleasant and the decor was modern. I liked the ambiance. We of course went with dessert-- the ice cream sandwich with homemade banana cream pie flavored ice cream between fresh shortbread cookies-- amazing! We will be back to try more of their specials and unique desserts. I hope this restaurant sees much success, it deserves it!"
